This plugin will create a XML-sitemap for your blogs which you can submit to Google Webmaster Tool to help Google scrawl your blog and index your pages easily.
As you know, sitemap is a collection of all your pages on your sites which you want search engine to crawl. With the help of this plugin, you can easily create a sitemap as your wish. It all depends on you. You can have a sitemap which have all your pages or some of your pages. When you post a new blog or edit an old article, your sitemap will automatically update and notify all the search engines like Google, Yahoo, ask.com and MSN know that your blog has been update.

After install and active, you have to build your site map via Option - > XML-Sitemap. Just follow the instruction there; you can easily create your sitemap.
